Tony Separovic
Founder & Principal
Tony is the Founder and Principal of Separovic Injury Lawyers.
Graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence, Tony was admitted to legal practice in 1985.
Since starting his legal career in a high-profile plaintiff injury law firm, Tony has continued to practise as a specialist injury lawyer and for many years has been one of Perth’s most experienced, well-recognised and industry-leading plaintiff injury lawyers.
Tony established Separovic Injury Lawyers in 1990, with offices situated at 453 Beaufort Street, Highgate, where the practice remains based today.
With over 35 years of continuous practice in the field, Tony has conducted and successfully settled thousands of claims, including car accident injury claims, work accident injury claims, public liability injury claims, catastrophic car and bicycle injury claims, fatal accident claims, as well as other complex and serious injury negligence claims.
Tony genuinely enjoys working closely with his clients and building great client relations as well as building and developing each case and ultimately negotiating the best possible lump-sum settlement for each individual client.
Tony is proud to lead and mentor a highly skilled and dedicated legal team of lawyers, paralegals, and support staff, who together have built and maintained over many years a successful, industry-leading and trusted Perth law firm, providing specialist legal representation to injured victims in their injury compensation claims.
Outside of work, Tony has a number of passions, including surfing, enjoying the great outdoors, reading, history, politics, travelling, photography, art and design, swimming, cycling, meditation, maintaining a healthy and mindful lifestyle and spending quality time with family and friends.

A fantastic location only 5 minutes from the city. Our clients love it! It’s easy to drop in with free and easy street parking right next to the office.
