Nicholas Lindsay
Special Counsel
Nicholas is a senior injury lawyer, having completed his Bachelor of Law at Murdoch University and was admitted to practice in February 2000.
Nicholas joined Separovic Injury Lawyers in 2025 as Special Counsel, having extensive experience in both plaintiff injury legal practices and defendant/ insurer legal practices.
Nicholas has wide ranging expertise in various injury claims, including public liability injury calims, industrial accident injury claims, motor vehicle accident injury claims, workers’ compensation claims, catastrophic injury claims, fatal accident claims and medical negligence injury claims.
Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, staying active and healthy and has a keen interest in sports, reading, finance and investment.
