Mariko Mendoza
Paralegal, New Client Department
Mariko started at Separovic Injury Lawyers in 2023 as a Legal Assistant.
In addition to working full time, she is completing her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Edith Cowan University, which she commenced in 2026.
Mariko was promoted to Paralegal in 2024 and in that role she assists Tony and other senior lawyers at the practice with providing new clients with initial advice and appraisal of their claims.
Mariko is involved with the carriage of motor vehicle accident, workers’ compensation, public liability, medical negligence, and criminal injury compensation claims.
Outside of work, Mariko is a creative artist,in both traditional and digital media. Her creativity nurtures empathy, patience, and attention to detail — qualities she brings into her role when supporting clients.
